Chris Spear founded Cobblestone Construction in 2001. Over the years, Chris has worked with hundreds of homeowners, as well as designers, architects, and builders. He has extensive experience in the areas of adaptive design and remodeling, and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). Age In Place Ohio is a specialty division of Cobblestone Construction LLC.

Chris and his team enjoy a well-deserved reputation for business excellence, and the majority of their projects are referrals from satisfied customers.
